Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking an engaging Hostess to join its dining service team. The role focuses on extending a warm welcome to guests, managing table seating plans, coordinating reservations, and creating a seamless initial impression aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Greet arriving guests warmly, seat them efficiently, and present menus.
​Manage floor seating charts, table availability, and dining room walk-ins or reservations.
​Handle telephone inquiries, guest bookings, and special dining requests.
​Collaborate with service staff and managers to balance server workloads and maintain operational flow.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Education: High School Diploma or hospitality certification equivalent.
​Experience: Previous hosting or front-of-house experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
​Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic telephone etiquette, and familiarity with table management systems.
​Languages: High proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
