Alshaya Group is seeking a professionally-qualified retail property manager for the role of Real Estate Manager – UAE. As part of the Property Division—which drives location selection, builds, fit-outs, and launches of new stores across MENA—this position assists in new store expansion strategy, acquisitions planning, site selection, and budgeting for growing business operations across more than 70 brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing the new store expansion strategy across the UAE.
Manage acquisitions planning, site selection, builds, fit-outs, and new store launches.
Oversee financial budgeting for real estate projects and retail location developments.
Manage a varied and diverse portfolio supporting over 70 operating brands in the region.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Credentials: Professionally-qualified retail property manager.
Experience: Strong background in retail property management, acquisitions planning, site selection, and real estate budgeting.
Portfolio Management: Ability to manage real estate requirements across a diverse, multi-brand client portfolio.
