NMC Healthcare is hiring an Approval Officer for the Pharmacy Department at NMC Royal Hospital DIP in Dubai. The role involves reviewing, verifying, and approving pharmacy-related requests, prescriptions, procurement documents, and controlled medication processes in accordance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and insurance guidelines. Responsibilities include prescription & medication approval, procurement & inventory approval, insurance & billing coordination, regulatory compliance, system & documentation management (HIS/ERP), and communication & coordination.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in hospital pharmacy or healthcare approvals preferred; knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and hospital workflows; attention to detail and accuracy; strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills; familiarity with HIS/ERP systems.
