A reputable educational institution in Dubai is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support classroom instruction and help create a structured, engaging learning environment for students.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Support class teachers in carrying out daily lesson plans and learning activities.
​Work directly with individual students or small groups to reinforce academic concepts.
​Assist with classroom management to promote a positive and orderly learning climate.
​Help supervise students during play periods, lunch breaks, and school activities.
​Provide administrative support, including preparing teaching aids and managing classroom displays.
​Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:
​Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education is preferred.
​Experience: Prior experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.
​Skills: Excellent verbal English skills, interpersonal abilities, and strong patience.
​Certifications: Early years credentials (e.g., Cache Level 2/3) or First Aid training are advantageous.
