1. Accountant
Aramex is hiring Accountants.
Duties and responsibilities
Perform monthly intercompany accounts reconciliation and balance confirmation. Handle intercompany transactions. Verify and record station invoices. Issue debit and credit notes. Follow up on pending cases and close them before month-end.
Skills
Strong communication skills. Excellent command of English. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles.

2. Country Controller II
Aramex is hiring Country Controllers.
Duties and responsibilities
Supervise the accounts unit and ensure compliance with company policies and international accounting standards. Validate financial data. Oversee the credit team to manage average collection period. Motivate and develop staff for accurate reporting.
Skills
English proficiency. MS Office applications. Accounting and control knowledge.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5 years experience in accounting.

3. Global Process Owner – Record to Report
Aramex is hiring a Global Process Owner for Record to Report (location may be Amman, Cairo or Dubai).
Duties and responsibilities
Lead and manage the global Record to Report process. Oversee general ledger, journal processing, fixed asset accounting, intercompany reconciliations and financial close. Develop standardized accounting policies and control mechanisms. Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Tax, Treasury and Internal Audit.
Skills
Process leadership, accounting standards knowledge and cross-regional collaboration.
Experience
Relevant experience in global finance process ownership preferred.

4. Senior Budgeting Officer
Aramex is hiring Senior Budgeting Officers.
Duties and responsibilities
Support budgeting activities, short and long-term forecasting, financial analysis and performance reporting. Lead development and monitoring of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Skills
Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with ERP and planning systems preferred.
Experience
4 to 7 years experience in budgeting, forecasting, FP&A or financial analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
