Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Air Arabia Group is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable software applications and digital solutions that support aviation operations, passenger services, and internal business platforms.
Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from architectural design and coding to rigorous testing and deployment.
– Collaborate with product managers, system architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and secure coding standards.
– Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Experience: Extensive professional background in software engineering, backend/frontend development, and enterprise application architecture.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages, cloud environments, API development, database management, and CI/CD pipelines.
– Core Skills: Strong analytical mindset, leadership capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
