**About this vacancy**
CNA on the nursing team. You give personal care, document in real time, answer call lights, take patients to therapy and tell the licensed nurse if condition changes. Floor work: walking, standing, lifting, infection control.
**Day-to-day work**
Bathing, oral care, grooming, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care as assigned, prosthetics, transfers, walking and ROM. Record care and observations as they happen. Prepare for meals, serve and collect trays, help feed, record oral intake. Transport to therapy. Join activities. Round on patients. Keep rooms clean and safe. Follow hand hygiene and isolation. Use Par Scanning for supplies.
**Key responsibilities**
Give assigned personal care to CNA scope.
Document ADLs and observations in real time.
Report changes to the licensed nurse at once.
Answer call lights and round proactively.
Protect patient rights; report abuse or rights issues immediately.
Keep dignity, privacy and independence as the plan allows.
Follow infection control and uniform rules.
Complete annual CNA education.

**Requirements**
High school diploma or equivalent.
State-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course.
Valid state CNA licence.
Current BLS / CPR.
