**About this vacancy**

Full-time team lead. You run a shift or unit team, hit service and quality targets, coach staff, escalate incidents and keep records. Hospital or clinic hours often include evenings and weekends. If the unit is clinical, a Qatar Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP / QCHP) licence may be required — read the live card.

**Day-to-day work**

Open the shift and assign work. Watch volume, waiting time and complaints. Support staff on difficult patients or process issues. Check documentation and handover. Report to the unit or department manager. Peak clinic hours are part of the job.

**Key responsibilities**

Lead the assigned team on shift.

Deliver service and quality standards for that Qatar unit.

Coach and roster staff as directed.

Escalate clinical, stock or customer issues.

Keep unit records complete.

Work published hospital or clinic hours.

Follow Aster and Qatar regulator rules for that department.

**Who this role is for**

Someone who has already supervised a clinic, ward, pharmacy or patient-service team, preferably in Qatar or the GCC. Not an entry cashier post unless the card says so.

**Requirements**

Read Job 35699 for education, years, licence and language.

Team-lead or supervisor experience in healthcare operations.

DHP / QCHP licence if the role is clinical.

English for team communication. Arabic useful with patients.
